We use solid surface material from all of the major solid surface manufacturers with a huge choice of colours on offer. Just some of the well known brands we use include Corian, LG Hi-Macs, Hanex, Wilsonart, Staron, Tristone, Velstone, Getacore and Durat.

As well as solid surface material we can supply a huge variety of sinks and accessories. Some of our range includes steel rods which can be inset into the solid surface material to provide a protected area to place hot pans and avoid surface damage.

The beauty of solid surface material is its practicality, durability and versatility. However, overtime your worktops may begin to look a little tired. We are pleased to offer a professional repair and re-sand service, where we can fix any chips or cracks which may have developed or can even sand-out any deep scratches and re-polish them. In no time at all your worktops will look brand new and be restored to their former glory.

One of our highly trained craftsmen will come out to your home to take templates of your work surfaces. Back at the factory your work surfaces will be hand built to the exact size of the templates. This operation minimises mess and disruption at your home and ensures a smooth and efficient installation process. We offer a fast turn-around and Solid Surface North East can fit your tops within seven days of templating.

Once your work surfaces are installed and you are 100% satisfied with the results we will leave you with a thank you pack which contains a care and maintenance booklet. Our friendly fitters will explain how best to maintain the surface and keep your tops looking like new. You will receive a piece of maroon scotchbrite which is what we recommend that you use to clean your new tops, a chopping board to avoid scratching the top and a pan stand as we do not recommend placing hot pans on your shiny new worktops.
